What is Miracle Morning?

Originally a book written by Hal Elrod, Miracle Morning is a morning routine that sets you up on a productive & mentally clear/positive note. I decided to start running free Miracle Morning zooms open to anyone in April 2020 during the pandemic, when days merged into each other & many of us felt little intention with our day to day life. After seeing how positive of an effect they had on everyone (even those who were very hesitant about it at first), I decided to continue them!

We do:

  • 5-10 minutes guided meditation

  • 10 minutes guided journaling (mood check-in, affirmations, gratitude, visualisation, reflective question, daily intentions)

  • 10 minutes reading whatever book you want

  • 30 minutes of getting ahead on a focused task (that thing you’ve been putting off for ages, or work-related task)

We don’t chat, I lightly guide you through it. Having a camera is optional. Please log in on time, but you can leave when you need to.

This is a great way to get into mindfulness, productivity, & reading into your life in an accountability-driven way. Especially if you are a little skeptical of it! Try one & see how it serves you.

When are they?

Monday - Wednesday at 7:00-8:00am UK time (8:00-9:00am Spanish time).

Do I need to pay for the zoom link?

You can try Miracle Morning out for free the week of Oct. 10th-13th (Monday - Wednesday). Starting Monday, Oct. 17th, the daily live sessions will require a small fee of $15/month, to support their maintenance.

 A personal note from me: I really used to find a lot of this ‘journaling’ and ‘mindset’ stuff unnecessary and fluffy af lol — but with a world that often feels anxious for the future and worried about the past, you deserve to give your precious mind time for reflection. Everyone can benefit and I am a huge advocate for daily check-ins now. Focusing on my personal growth has quite literally changed my life. I went from being insecure, bitter and judgmental to confident, happy, and most importantly liberated — when I consciously worked on understanding the thoughts in my head and the most important relationship I have; the one with myself.
