What equipment do I need for the workouts?
None! If you want though, I’d recommend having a glutes band and/or soft surface.
What fitness level are the workouts for?
It’s recommended for Intermediate fitness level. You should feel comfortable with movements like:
squat
lunge
cardio movements
However, we give beginner-friendly modifications, wrist-friendly alternatives, and also low impact alternatives!
How long do the workouts last?
7-20 minutes
how does payment work?
It is a one-time payment. Pay once, and download the PDF to keep forever. All of your account information, billing, and payments are sorted via my Squarespace website.
