ABOUT ME
After growing up in 9 countries globally, the one constant in my life was always sport. From my mom’s 80s workout videos to the 10-minute Youtube workouts — I did them all!
However, for years I feared the gym & weights despite really REALLY wanting to use them (I felt like I didn’t belong!). For years I had such an “all or nothing” mindset towards my health goals. For years I didn’t understand what nutritional or fitness advice was “true” or not (found myself Googling for hours!). And for years, I constantly compared my body to others.
Fast forward to now & I learned that by working on my mindset, understanding the fundamentals of exercise & nutrition, & consistently showing up, I could work on my mind and body in an encouraging and sustainable way.
I loved the overall life confidence I gained through these realisations so much that I became a qualified personal trainer & fitness class instructor to over 50+ ladies with the sole mission of increasing their self belief through fitness.
We Are Capable was born after I realised how many ladies I could help with the same struggles!
