Project 30 is a doable 4 week (26 day) challenge that we only do 4x per year. This round was created intentionally to help you… a 26 day kickstart designed to make strength training a habit you consistently look forward to

  1. make strength training a habit you consistently look forward to (in a fun & sustainable way),

  2. start developing a mentally healthier attitude towards food & your body

    It involves…

  • Fitness: 2-3 workouts per week (20-40 min long - minimal equipment required) from a program on the app of your choice and level

  • Nutrition: have a nourishing breakfast daily (don't skip it!) from our special Project 26 breakfast recipe booklet

  • Mind: complete the quick weekly prompt, designed to reduce stressful & self-critical thoughts about your body & food

  • Rest: leave your phone in another room when it's time to go to bed

You’ll get an accompanying planner & workbook to tick off the challenge — if you’re someone that LOVES to write things down.
