  • You compare yourself often to others’ bodies 

  • You get discouraged when you go “off track” a bit, and use it as an excuse to “continue going off track”

  • You’re confused as to how many reps, sets, which exercises to do when, what leads to muscle building, what leads to fat loss, what is best for which goal, blah blah

  • You feel “alone” in your fitness journey 

  • You struggle with prioritising your workout and think its because of “motivation”

  • You’re confused as to what calories, macros, nutritional information you need 

  • You’ve told yourself you don’t have time to cook for yourself — hint, you do! I’ll show you how!

After

  • Learn self-compassion & encouraging mindset tools

  • You will focus on your OWN LANE & grow confidence from within

  • You’ll understand that flexibility, not perfect rigidity, is the key to long-term consistency 

  • Your provided workout structure will give you relieving clarity 

  • As your coach i will be here for you, and hundreds of other ladies going through the same self-empowerment journey will be too!

  • You will learn how to make it as much of a habit as brushing your teeth so you don’t have to rely on motivation!

  • You’ll learn the basics of nutrition and  how to adjust meals to you!

  • Less than 40 min meals to batch make mean you have more time for LIFE, while feeling more energised and healthy
